World Wetlands Day Webinar It’s time for wetlands restoration PEDRR The Sibugay Wetland Nature Reserve (SWNR) in this province was chosen by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as a venue for the observance of World Wetland Day 2025 yesterday. The DENR, through its Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) with the DENR Region 9 Office, the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) and the Provincial Government of Zamboanga Sibugay, led the national celebration of World Wetlands Day themed, "Protecting Wetlands for Our Common Future" on 2 February 2025 at the Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Capitol.
